CommunicationBooking the apartment in Rome was pretty easy, eh? I was actually kinda taken aback that the booking was done through a whole different platform, which made talking to the host a bit trickier. The thing that stressed me out the most was all the extra stuff we had to do, like paying the tourist tax and giving our passport info. But the real pain in the neck was getting the entry code for the apartment - what a rigmarole! Turns out you had to download an app to get the code, which nobody told us upfront. Talk about unnecessary confusion and stress, eh? Luckily, the host helped us out in the end.

CommunicationToday has just been a total disaster trying to fix a simple problem with my flight booking. I was stuck on hold for over three hours, couldn't get through on the phone or chat, and even tried reaching out on Twitter which took 2.5 hours without any solution. The customer service is just not up to par, it's totally unacceptable. After being a customer for years, this whole ordeal has made me never want to use their services again. Just so frustrating!

CommunicationI had a terrible time trying to book a trip to Rome with Expedia. The package I got included WizzAir flights, and since I had never flown with WizzAir before, I was counting on Expedia to guide me. But to my disappointment, Expedia didn't offer any advice or details about the airline. As a result, I ended up being scammed out of an extra €100 at the airport because WizzAir only allowed online check-in, something I didn't know about. When I tried reaching out to Expedia for help, it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. Even though they claimed to respond within 24 hours, it's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'll definitely steer clear of using their services in the future.

CommunicationI can't believe the nightmare I had to endure with this company. All because of a silly typo in my email address when booking, it turned into a whole day of chaos. I reached out to customer service for help with changing my email, but they were completely useless. They couldn't do a thing to assist me, leaving me unable to receive important emails from the property I booked with. Even when I tried contacting the property directly, their customer service was just as terrible - no phone support for future bookings and emails weren't even getting through. Dealing with this mess was a total waste of my time and energy, and I'll never use this site again. As someone who regularly arranges travel as an Executive Assistant, I'll make sure to tell all my colleagues to stay far away from this unprofessional and incompetent service.
