Flight booking issue
Flight booking issue
TransportI was totally shocked by the terrible customer service I got when I had an issue with my flight reservation. The booking reference they gave me was wrong, so I couldn't check if my flight was confirmed, do online check-in, or make any changes. Even though they were the ones who booked my flight, they wouldn't help me fix the problem. That kind of service is just not okay, especially since I travel a lot. I definitely won't be using this company again, and I recommend others to book directly to avoid the same problems.

TransportI've been using Booking.com for years, mainly for booking hotels. The platform has always been great with its easy-to-use search filters, competitive prices, and smooth booking process. I've never had any issues with hotel bookings and have always been happy with the service.

Recently, I tried booking a flight through Booking.com, and it was a disaster. After confirming my British Airways flight, things went downhill. I got a text with flight details and a link to GoToGate. Despite the money being taken from my account, I never got an email confirmation, booking number, or any record of my flight in my account.

Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare. The lack of a real person to help with my concerns was frustrating. The automated responses kept telling me to call a phone line that needed a booking number and pin, which I didn't have because of the lack of confirmation.

In the end, booking a flight with Booking.com was a huge disappointment. I feel let down and unsure how to fix things without speaking to a real person.
