The person working there was super friendly and really helped me find the perfect outfit. I'd definitely tell all my pals to check this place out.

    I recently bought something from this company and paid extra for next-day delivery. Man, was it ever a letdown. They said my stuff would get to me the next day but then, seven days later, no sign of it even being shipped out. When I called customer service to see what was up, they just fed me a bunch of lies. It was such a terrible time dealing with them, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through that.

    Low quality clothing

    I just bought some clothes from this store and honestly, I'm super let down by the quality. The fabric felt so cheap and the stitching was all wonky. I tried to return them, but oh man, that's when it all went downhill. It's been six weeks since I sent the stuff back and still no sign of my refund. Their customer service is a joke, I can never reach anyone on the phone and my emails are just getting ghosted. It's so annoying and feels like such a waste of both time and money.

    My experience returning an item was awful, eh. It took a full 2 months for them to finally give me my money back after they got my item. I had to send a bunch of emails, some that they straight-up ignored and others they took forever to reply to. I only got my refund after I threatened to take more serious action. And to top it off, there wasn't even an apology or a personal touch with the refund, just some automatic message.

    Quarter Zip Lightweight Golf Pullover

    Hey, so I bought this really nice golf pullover back in December, right? I only wore it a few times and then BAM! I find a hole in the sleeve. I check the stitching and it's all messed up in a few places. I send them some pics, and they're like, "Oh, don't worry, we'll give you a 20% refund, it's fixable." But like, why should I have to fix it after only wearing it a few times, you know? I want my clothes to last, not fall apart! Ugh, not cool, man!

    The shirts I got from this company were really nice and good quality. But one of them didn't fit right, so I had to send it back. The whole return thing was a total headache. It was super hard to find out how to send it back, and when I finally figured it out, they wanted to charge me $6 for shipping. It was just a really frustrating experience, and it's safe to say I won't be buying anything from them again.

    I just bought something and got the wrong thing by mistake. Even though I showed proof that it wasn't my fault, they said I had to send it back, wait for a refund, then buy it again. That just doesn't make sense and doesn't feel like good customer service. I think if a company messes up an order, they should fix it without making the customer jump through hoops. The people I talked to were nice, but all they did was talk about rules instead of actually helping me out.

    Wrong order, unhelpful service

    I recently made a purchase from this company and they ended up sending me someone else's order. It was not only the wrong stuff, but I also got a peek at their personal receipt which was definitely not cool. When I contacted customer service for help, the person I talked to was not very helpful and basically said I had to foot the bill for the return shipping of the mix-up. It seems like the person who got my order and receipt is out there somewhere, because I'm still waiting on the stuff I actually paid for.

    Faulty underpants

    So, I got this gift of underwear, right? But they showed up with big holes in them, clearly made wrong. I sent them back to the store with a note, asking for a new pair. But no luck - they just sent the same messed up ones back to me. When I phoned customer service, they told me I needed a customer order number to get a replacement. It was super annoying and unprofessional how they didn't take responsibility for their mistake or care about making it right. Definitely not shopping there again, that's for sure.

    I just bought some Penguin clothes from this store, and it was a total letdown. They said I'd get my stuff in 2-3 days, but it never showed up. I tried to get help from customer service, but no luck - they just kept avoiding me. After waiting two whole weeks and still no sign of my order, I asked for my money back. But surprise, surprise, I haven't heard anything back yet. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store. You're better off going with a more reliable company for all your Penguin gear.

    Just bought a shirt and was looking forward to getting it. But when I got the package and opened it up, there was one item missing.     Christmas gift order cancelled

    I recently bought a Christmas gift online, but then I got a message four days later saying my order got cancelled because of possible fraud. I was totally surprised, 'cause I used my usual bank account for the purchase. And to top it off, I had to go through this long verification process that I've never had to deal with when shopping online. It was super frustrating and disappointing for me.
