As a customer, I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service I got from the company. Just like many others, my order was suddenly cancelled without any real reason given. It was frustrating because I only found out when I checked the shipping status, and I needed the item right away. The company's lack of communication and transparency about order cancellations is just not okay and makes their customer service look bad.
