Just bought a shirt and was looking forward to getting it. But when I got the package and opened it up, there was one item missing. So I gave customer service a call to sort things out and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how they handled it. They said they couldn't give me a refund since I used PayPal. Seriously? Talk about terrible customer service and a bad website experience. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
