    Missing piece in my luxury car set

    I noticed there was a piece missing from my fancy car set, so I went online to request it. The next day, when I couldn't carry on building, I called up customer service. They told me it might take about two weeks to get the missing piece to me. But, they also offered to send me a smaller set that had the same piece for free, which I thought was pretty cool of them. Eventually, the missing piece did show up, but luckily it didn't take as long as we thought it would. That's what I call top-notch service, and now I get why they've been in business for 90 years.

    LEGO set missing piece

    My kid got a LEGO set for their 8th birthday, but it was missing a piece. The folks at customer service were really awesome - they knew their stuff. But it kinda ticked me off that they didn't mention until the end that the hotline was based in England. Shouldn't an 0800 number be free, even if it's international? The call went on for about 13 minutes. Anyone got an answer for me? Thanks a bunch in advance.

    I gotta give props to the customer service at that store. I called a few times to ask about different products and they answered within 5 minutes every time. No matter what problem I had, they dealt with it quickly and were super nice during our chat. You can tell that the customer service crew there really cares about making customers happy.

    LEGO building set

    As a customer at the LEGO shop, I bought a LEGO building set for my kid not long ago. I was so pumped to surprise them with it and made sure to order it in advance of a special day. But, darn it, the package arrived nearly a whole week later than I thought, totally messing up my child's big day. I reached out to their customer service to complain, but they didn't even acknowledge the hassle or offer anything to make up for it. That kind of service just won't cut it, so I'll be looking elsewhere for LEGO sets from now on.

    Awesome building set

    Hey folks, I picked up this awesome building set from the store and I was really looking forward to putting it together. But then, I found out they charged extra on my card for an item that's on back order! I reached out to customer service, but they were no help whatsoever. Now, I'm just sitting tight, waiting for them to figure out their billing issue and refund my money. I hope they sort this out quickly because I just want to enjoy building my set without any financial worries!

    Motor set replacement

    The service was so amazing, way better than I expected! I bought a motor set and it arrived broken, but within a week, LEGO sent a replacement set. They were really good at keeping in touch, and my 9-year-old son was over the moon!

    Recent LEGO purchase

    I recently bought a bunch of LEGO sets from their website, which had a ton of options to choose from. But honestly, it wasn't a great experience overall. The site looked good, but man, it was so slow to use. And ordering stuff was a pain too. I wanted to pay later, but got an email three days later saying I had to pay upfront. I asked customer service about payment plans, but they couldn't give me a straight answer. And I couldn't pay with ideal, which sucked. They said it'd take 2-3 days to get my order, but it actually took 7-8 days. And the tracking info was useless, it kept saying my package was in the warehouse for days before magically being delivered.

    LEGO set

    I had a pretty bad experience at the store not too long ago. A friend asked me to buy a LEGO set for them using a promo code they had for a discount. But when I went to use the code, it got rejected because it wasn't in my name. It was super annoying and really put me off. Plus, the managers were also not very nice and didn't offer any help, which just made things worse. So in the end, I ended up buying the LEGO set somewhere else and saved a bunch of money in the process.
