    Ayrton Senna Backpack and AlphaTauri Bucket hat

    Got my order super quick from overseas, but gotta say I was pretty disappointed with the packaging. The plastic bag they used for the bucket hat was way oversized for the actual item. This has happened twice now - the packaging just doesn't seem to quite cut it.

    F1 merchandise

    I recently bought some F1 gear from an online store and ended up waiting a long time for it to arrive. Seriously, a whole month went by with no updates. I was starting to think I got scammed! I tried contacting customer support more than once, but got nothing back. It was super frustrating not knowing where my order was and feeling like I couldn't do anything about it. Eventually, a rep got in touch with me and explained the situation, saying my package was on its way. I gotta give props to the staff for reaching out and fixing things, but the delay still left me kinda disappointed.

    Purchased a jacket

    I had such a great time shopping at that awesome store! They did a great job keeping me in the loop about when my stuff would be coming, and let me tell you, the jacket I bought was fantastic! It's so comfy and manages to keep me nice and warm without making me all sweaty. I can't wait to go back for more shopping soon!

I tried contacting them through their website and email, but it's been 3 days and still no response. I just want to know when I'll get my stuff.

    The stuff I bought was really good quality, but the prices were a bit high for me. Ordering was easy and the customer service was great. The only downside was that the delivery took longer than I thought. Overall, it was okay but there's still some areas that could be better.

    Women's and men's apparel

    The stuff I bought from the store came real quick and was top-notch. But had to swap out both women's and men's sizes 'cause they didn't fit like regular Canadian sizes. Sadly, the website didn't have an exchange option, so ended up sending them back and buying new ones in different sizes. This whole thing made me lose the discount I originally got and had to pay extra for shipping the returns.

    I recently picked up a polo shirt for my son from this store and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! The whole ordering process was super smooth and easy. One thing to keep in mind though is that I'd suggest going for a larger size than usual as the size chart might be a bit off. My son actually had to exchange his first order because the shirts were too small, but luckily the return process was a breeze and he got his credit back in no time. I ended up ordering a bigger size for him, which arrived quickly even with the Christmas rush. The shirt was amazing quality and my son was really happy with the fit and how comfy it was. Overall, I was really impressed with the merchandise and how easy the return process was, but it wouldn't hurt to fine-tune the sizing accuracy.

    Oh wow, the package showed up way earlier than I expected. I was so happy about how fast it got here. I really liked being able to track my order through the email notification they sent after I bought it. The shirts were even better quality than I thought they'd be, and the prices were super fair, especially compared to other places. The year-end sale was a steal, and I'm really happy I got in on that deal. All in all, I'm super happy with my whole experience ordering from The F1 Store.

    Awesome Petronas jacket

    I got my family member this awesome jacket for Christmas and it's amazing! He really likes it and looks super cool wearing it. The quality is so good, it's just great. But I was a bit annoyed about having to pay extra fees for shipping and handling, and then there was this odd warehouse fee on top of that. I've never had to deal with a fee like that before, and it's pretty frustrating. Formula One is already loaded with cash, so it seems a bit greedy to make us pay even more. Can't they cut us some slack?

    Formula 1 team shirt

    I just bought a Formula 1 team shirt from the store, and it was pretty good overall. The shirt was good quality and looked just like it did on the website. But when I took a closer look, I saw a little black spot on the front, right under the car design. Since it was almost Christmas and I needed the shirt for a gift, I didn't have time to exchange it. It was a bit disappointing, so I gave it four stars instead of five.

    So, I bought this super cool limited edition poster from the store, and imagine my surprise when I got a roll of Christmas wrapping paper instead! Like, what the heck, right?     2 weekend tickets

    So, I bought 2 weekend tickets from this store for a birthday gift. It was kind of a letdown, to be honest. Luke, the guy who helped me out, was great and replied quickly, but the whole process was lacking. I had to download and fill out the tickets myself, which I wasn't thrilled about considering how much I paid. I was hoping for a more fancy experience, like what Virgin Experience or Buyagift do with their gift packs. Even if they couldn't send physical tickets, a nice gift pack would have made it feel more special.

    So, I had this situation where I had to return something I bought because it didn't fit right. The thing itself was pretty good, but man, the whole return process didn't go as well as I thought. The shipping fees for the return were actually more than what I paid for the initial delivery, which was a bummer.

    2 Lewis Hamilton sweatshirts

    Canadians do not buy from F1 Store/Fanatics!!
    ▪ Ordered 2 Lewis Hamilton sweatshirts. They arrived in about 3 weeks as expected and merchandise was good.
    ▪ I had paid $41 US for "delivered duty" but when I picked it up from my local post office I had to pay an additional $43 CDN in duty.
    ▪ Called Canada Customs and they suggested I contact the F1 store to get something in writing saying I already paid duty for Canada and then Customs would reimburse me.
    ▪ Emailed F1 customer service with ALL the details on Nov 26, 2022. I've emailed them 6 more times since then. They're ghosting me.
    ▪ As of today, Dec 16, I have heard nothing back.
    ▪ The product ships from UK so why charge in US currency??
    ▪ What does "delivered duty" mean??
    ▪ Total scam!!

    Model Car as a Bday Gift

    The product I ordered was in stock and I did receive a shipping notice. This website js scam for non Euro residents. They have nobway of tracking anything and no way of providing updates. If you read all the reviews they are similar and if you look at their stunning "0% Reccomnd/Order score" its pretty obvious this website is a waste of time and money.
    The store itself cannot lrovide you with any info as the F1 Store is run by Fanatics and not F1. The shipping is done by 3rd party courier so there is nonintegration for provising updates. This worst mismanaged e-commerce website ever created. Especially for a $Billion dollar sport and industry.

    T-shirt hat

    This is the worst store ever.
    I purchased the products on June 6th 2022, the store never told me that the product was on back order, I waited a month and only 1 arrived. When It finally came, they charged me extra $ 26 dollars and I've paid to ship on the original purchase.
    I've complained and the store told me to submit a request for a refund.
    5 days passed and I don't hear anything back. I've followed up and they said they never got my email. I've tried to re-sent they said to come back in 24h and keep on doing this until one day they get the email. They haven't offered any solution or even an alternative way. This is absolutely lack of customer care and very frustrating

    McLaren Kids Hat

    I ordered my product mistakenly. I intended to order an adult Mclaren hat. Realizing this I immediately sought to cancel my order but the issue was they never sent me any confirmation emails. Due to this I could not cancel the order as I did not have my order ID. I reached out to try to get my order ID through all my emails, to which the response was that they could not help me unless I contacted them from the email which was associated order. After receiving the product I reached out with the same emails in an attempt to make a return, and the email they prior said was not the email I used for the order was accepted!!! Then beginning to attempt a return, the return shipping was more expensive than the order itself!!! They would not waive the fee or refund me the shipping in any way despite it being their fault I could not cancel the order in the first place.

    Utterly incompetent customer service, do not contact.

    Not to mention the shipping is slow and the pricing is expensive.
