Recent undergarment purchase
I recently bought some underwear at this store and I gotta say, the customer service from the store manager and his crew was top-notch. Richard, the manager, really knew his stuff about the products and even helped me out with some issues I had from a previous purchase. We even chatted about the upcoming Father's Day specials. His employee, Giovanni, was super friendly and helped me out with my purchase. I've been coming to this store for a while now and I gotta say, I really value the quality products and excellent service they always give.
Bamboo sheets
The bamboo sheets I got from this store were honestly top-notch. So soft, airy, and just felt super fancy. But, I gotta say, I was let down by how they run their rewards system. Unlike most places, you can't use your rewards on stuff that's already on sale, so it's kinda like a bummer. They should've been upfront about that from the start so we'd know what to expect. Now, I'm not as eager to use the rewards, to be honest.
Luxury sheets
I've been keeping my eye on this fancy set of sheets for a while now, and I finally caved and bought them when I saw they were on sale. They're super soft and cozy, just like I wanted. But, lo and behold, after only two washes, I found a hole in the fitted sheet. I've never had this happen with new sheets before. Thankfully, I can take them back to the store where I got them.
Bamboo sheets experience
I've been a loyal customer of bamboo sheets for more than ten years and have always loved the regular ones. However, when I decided to treat myself to the resort sheets, I was really let down. After just a few washes, despite following the care instructions religiously, the fitted sheet started pilling. I contacted customer service for assistance, but they weren't helpful at all because the warranty had expired. How can a company not back up their product when there are obvious quality issues? I've seen others complaining about the same problem in reviews, and the only suggestion was to buy a tool to remove the pilling. When does customer satisfaction become a priority? Spending over $200 on sheets that don't hold up is just not acceptable. I won't be coming back as a customer and will look for different bamboo sheet options that actually keep their quality.
Cotton clothing purchase
I bought some cotton clothes from this store recently, but the sizes didn't fit me right. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to learn that I could only exchange them or get store credit. Plus, I had to fork over the cash for return shipping. This policy doesn't sit well with me at all. I won't be coming back to shop here.
Pillow order delay
Just really let down by this store, you know? Back in the day, like four months ago, I ordered a pillow and have been waiting, waiting, waiting for it to show up at my door. Finally decided to check in, only to find out they never actually got my order going. No communication at all – not even an email saying they got my money! All I had was the receipt from when I paid. When they finally got things moving, I was already over it and just wanted my cash back. But even that took forever to sort out. Not impressed with their service at all.
Duvet comforter purchase
The duvet comforter I bought at this store was great, but when I tried to find a duvet cover to go with it, I couldn't find anything that worked. The choices at the store were few and expensive, which was a letdown. I even searched online, but couldn't find a cover that fit the size of my comforter. I've looked at so many websites without any luck, and I'm feeling really frustrated and don't know what to do next.
Overpriced, poor quality product, expensive return shipping.
I was pretty bummed about my latest buy, eh. I shelled out for this pricey item, even with a sweet discount code, only to find out it didn't live up to what I was expecting, you know? And when I went to send it back, I was floored to see they wanted to charge me $10 - $15 for shipping. Overall, just a real headache, eh.
Bamboo clothing and pillows
The products are good quality, but the customer service is lacking. I wouldn't suggest buying bamboo items from them. They wouldn't refund my husband for a small, non-adjustable shirt (he's only a size L) and the hassle of getting our lost pillows reshipped was awful. I asked for shipping info, which they didn't give, and when I followed up a week later for tracking details, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't care about helping customers with problems. The lack of communication and customer care was a big issue for me. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for bamboo products with better service and prices.
Weighted bamboo blanket
I bought the weighted bamboo blanket from this store and boy was I let down when it got delivered. It cost me a pretty penny at $250, but it wasn't even Queen size like they said. I contacted customer service and they told me it's the only Queen size they have, and it's more of a throw than a full blanket. They didn't mention that anywhere on their website, and it left me feeling tricked and irritated. And on top of that, trying to return it was going to cost me $75 because of how heavy it is (and Cariloha doesn't cover return shipping). Businesses should really be upfront about their products to avoid these kinds of situations. Hopefully, this review can help others thinking about getting this blanket.
Bamboo sheets warranty not honored
I just bought some bamboo sheets from this company that said they had a warranty, but they're not keeping their promise. The sheets didn't last like I thought they would, and now I'm feeling pretty let down and annoyed. It's really not cool to see a company not backing up what they sell.

Recent purchase disappointment
I bought some new bedding recently, thinking it would make my bedroom nicer and help me sleep better. But man, it's been a letdown. I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I've noticed a change in their product quality over the years.
