Unauthorized withholding of funds

Resolution of multiple issues with payment methods

They helped me right away and even gave me other options to get my money quickly. I was super mad at first, but they explained everything so well that I felt better about using my account in the future. Unprofessional Business Practices
After finding out about the shady business practices of that company through a friend, we've made a decision to steer clear of any future dealings with them. Their lack of skills and communication, along with their habit of dragging things out, just don't cut it for us. It's important to have trust in business relationships, and they just don't meet the mark. I won't be passing on their financial services to anyone in my network, business or personal. They really need to think about how their actions impact the future of their company. I strongly suggest they take a different approach, both for the sake of their customers and the company as a whole.
Quick delivery of purchase
I was happy with how fast my order arrived from this company, but I was bummed when it took three days for the money to show up in my account after I bought it. It was annoying to see the money come out of my credit card right away, but then have to wait for them to finish the transaction. This wait made me feel pretty crappy, and I really hope they get better at this part of their service going forward.
Question answering
Every time I have a question, the staff here is always on point and super helpful. They really know their stuff and it shows in how they answer. Plus, they're always respectful and never make me feel dumb. I really appreciate the stellar customer service I get here.
Clothes
Oh my goodness, definitely don't shop for clothes at this place! They totally hold onto your money for absolutely no reason, even when you provide everything they ask for! It feels like they just come up with excuses to keep your money, super not cool, eh.
Deposit Refund Delay
I put some money into Club Swan a while back and I've been waiting for a refund for over three months now. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times but haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. This kind of customer service is not okay and I'm very disappointed in how they've dealt with this. I'm worried to hear that they might be going bankrupt because it makes me doubt if I'll ever get my money back.
Login issue resolved
Even though I had some trouble logging in that ended up taking longer to fix than I had hoped, the issue did eventually get sorted out. The customer service team was really helpful and worked hard to make sure everything was back on track quickly. In the end, I'm happy with how everything was resolved and I'm grateful for all the work the team put in to solve the problem.
Promised one product, received a different one, leading to further inconvenience and loss of funds.
I was really let down by the service I got at the club. They said I was gonna get one thing, but I ended up with something totally different. And when I tried to sort it out with customer service, they told me I had to close my account and start all over again just to get what was originally promised. Basically, I'd lose the money I already paid. Dealing with all of this was a headache, and the customer service team took forever to respond and didn't really help much. All in all, my time with this club was all about promises that went unfulfilled and service that just wasn't up to par.
Delayed refund process
I had a pretty rough go with my refund at that place. It took way too long and I felt like nobody was really listening to my concerns. The customer service was pretty subpar and I was left feeling really annoyed and not too happy with the whole situation. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone after what I went through.

All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this company to anyone.
Prepaid card services suspension
I recently had a problem with my prepaid card getting frozen unexpectedly, and now I can't access my funds. I've been waiting for seven months trying to withdraw my money, but the process is going nowhere. The company isn't saying much and it's making me feel frustrated and uncertain about when I'll get my money back. On top of that, my account somehow got changed to a different name out of the blue without any explanation. I've tried everything to talk to the company – emails, phone calls, even the chat service – but all I get are vague answers and no clear timeline for fixing things. I'm really disappointed by the lack of responsibility and urgency from the so-called 'Financial Team'.

I just got a wedding dress from your store and honestly, it was a total letdown. The customer service was missing, the ordering was all over the place, and the prices were way higher than I thought. On top of that, my dress showed up way later than they said, making things even more stressful as I get ready for my big day.

I gotta say, my experience with this place was not great. I ordered some clothes, but I had problems with the delivery taking forever and the customer service being pretty awful. This service is just terrible for anyone trying to make a crypto deposit, it's a real nightmare. Took forever for my funds to actually show up, and there was a real risk of losing them with no chance of getting my money back. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was the worst, I felt so frustrated and like I was being totally ignored. I really recommend that people steer clear of this train wreck of a service, it's just not worth it.
Bitcoin transaction
The service at this place was really impressive. I liked the unique options and their focus on new tech like Bitcoin. The fees were a bit high for me, but I respect their innovation. I'm curious to see if they'll lower the fees with more competition. It's a good start to getting into Bitcoin!
