I really love the camera gear I got from here. It's such good quality and reliable. The delivery came super quickly and the packaging was really sturdy. They offer a huge selection and great sales.

I put some money into Club Swan a while back and I've been waiting for a refund for over three months now. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times but haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. This kind of customer service is not okay and I'm very disappointed in how they've dealt with this. I'm worried to hear that they might be going bankrupt because it makes me doubt if I'll ever get my money back.
