Delayed refund process
I had a pretty rough go with my refund at that place. It took way too long and I felt like nobody was really listening to my concerns. The customer service was pretty subpar and I was left feeling really annoyed and not too happy with the whole situation. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone after what I went through.

Keyport Multi-Tool purchase
I recently picked up a Keyport Multi-Tool and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn impressed with how well-made and useful it is.
