I'm happy to say I got approved for a new CLEO membership. But after looking at the numbers, it seems like depositing $3000 only got me a $20 advance as a CLEO member. On top of that, I got hit with extra fees of $6.99 and $3.99 for the transfer to my account. So, I didn't get much back. It's pretty disappointing and not what I expected when I signed up for the membership.

I was totally surprised when I found out that I was being charged for a subscription I never actually subscribed to. Even though I was told there wasn't any subscription linked to my account, they kept taking money from my bank account. And to top it off, not having a real person to talk to in customer service made it really hard to fix the problem. It feels like a total scam!

The cash advance I got was a big help, but I just hope they don't start jacking up the prices on me down the road. My main complaint is that they need to speed up the process of getting me the cash within minutes like they promised, instead of making me wait 2 to 3 days.
