Online clothing purchase
I just wanted to give a big thank you to your online shop for the amazing service and easy shopping experience. I've had some financial struggles in the past, so it was tough to find a reliable online store I could trust. But thankfully, I found your website and it was a game-changer. The clothes I bought were even better than I expected, and there were so many options to choose from. The website was super easy to use, making it quick and simple to place my order. Plus, the customer service team was really friendly and helpful, answering all my questions right away. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
New membership approval
I'm happy to say I got approved for a new CLEO membership. But after looking at the numbers, it seems like depositing $3000 only got me a $20 advance as a CLEO member. On top of that, I got hit with extra fees of $6.99 and $3.99 for the transfer to my account. So, I didn't get much back. It's pretty disappointing and not what I expected when I signed up for the membership.
Deceptive billing practices
I was totally surprised when I found out that I was being charged for a subscription I never actually subscribed to. Even though I was told there wasn't any subscription linked to my account, they kept taking money from my bank account. And to top it off, not having a real person to talk to in customer service made it really hard to fix the problem. It feels like a total scam!
Budget feature
I really enjoy using the budget feature on this app to figure out where I can save some extra money. It's totally changed the game for me and has made managing my finances a breeze. (Sorry Deliveroo)
Unexpected financial assistance
I was really in need of some extra cash for Christmas gifts for my daughter, especially since I'm on disability income. I was so happy to discover that I could add that extra 20 bucks to my account. It might not seem like much to some, but for me, it was everything. Thanks Cleo for coming through with this unexpected help during a tough time.
Cash advance
I've actually been with this company for a good chunk of time now and I gotta admit, it's been pretty decent overall. The cash advance I got was a big help, but I just hope they don't start jacking up the prices on me down the road. My main complaint is that they need to speed up the process of getting me the cash within minutes like they promised, instead of making me wait 2 to 3 days. Apart from that, everything's been going pretty smoothly.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by a fantastic sales associate at Place d'Orleans. Her name is Patronella, and let me tell you, she is incredible! She knew her stuff, paid attention to my needs, and went out of her way to help me put together my work outfits. Patronella took the time to understand my style and size so that I could find the perfect clothes. Thanks to her exceptional customer service, I now regularly shop at this store. Patronella, thank you for always looking out for me and making my shopping trips fun and easy.
