Advance loans
I've been a loyal customer of the advance loan service for a while now. I've always gotten my advances on time without any issues. But my experience on April 29th really changed things. I tried to get an advance but never got it. The app says I have to pay it back tomorrow though. I've sent multiple emails, both in the app and from my personal email, but haven't heard back. I'm worried because I can't even remove my card from the app. Now I have to cancel it to avoid being charged for something I never got. This kind of customer service is just not okay.
