Bus+boat cruise booking
I recently booked a bus and boat cruise through a third-party website that offered a unique way to travel. The bus ride was great and I would suggest it to others, but I had a big problem with the boat part of the trip. Unlike other places I've been to, there wasn't clear directions on where to get on the boat. Because of that, my friends and I missed the boat and lost the money we spent on it. It was really frustrating and disappointing, and I hope they fix it for future travelers.

I just bought a bus ticket online and ran into some big problems. First off, the money came out of my bank account, but I never got the ticket.
