I can't believe the customer service I got from 24 Sevres was a joke. First of all, ordering was a total pain - it took ages to actually complete the purchase. Then, when my order showed up, the shoes were all wrecked. I got in touch with customer service right away to complain, but got no response. Zilch. It's ridiculous how they can treat people like that. I sent the shoes back as told, but haven't heard a peep from them since. No refund, no new pair of shoes. It's just not right!

I totally love them! Whenever we order, it's exactly like in the pictures, top-notch quality, and arrives right on time or even earlier. The tracking app is such a cool bonus! The prices are really reasonable and my little one adores the outfits. The quality is way better than other stores.
