Despite these small issues, the watches themselves have been working great and haven't needed much maintenance besides changing the battery or straps. I even got a couple of watches as gifts for family members, and they've had good experiences with them so far. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the changes in how the watches are presented, but the quality of the watches themselves is still good.
