    Home gym equipment purchase

    I recently bought some home gym gear from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality of their stuff. The equipment is tough, versatile, and just perfect for my workouts at home. On top of that, the free guides and videos they provide have been so helpful in keeping me on track with my fitness goals. I also love the sense of community they've built on their social media - it's really motivating and inspiring. The only downside I found was that they only ship from the USA, which meant extra costs for me when getting my gear to Europe because of VAT and shipping fees. It would be awesome if they had a warehouse in Europe to help lower those extra expenses for us international customers.

    Resistance bands set

    I recently bought a resistance bands set from this company, and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I ordered the set that was supposed to come with a bag, but when I got my package, the bag was nowhere to be found. So, I decided to reach out to customer service, and they told me that the bag had been taken out of the deal after I had already paid. That really got me frustrated and feeling like I was getting the runaround. I feel like I wasn't given all the information before I made my purchase, and now here I am with no bag to go with my set. This lack of transparency and care for the customer is really disheartening. I'm now thinking twice about buying anything else from this company, because I worry I'll be missing out on what was promised to me.

    I recently bought something from this company and it's been a total nightmare, eh? My order took way longer to get here than they said it would, and I had tons of problems dealing with their customer service team. Even though I reached out several times, they hardly ever got back to me, and when they did, it seemed like I was talking to a robot, eh. After waiting for ages, I had to go to the bank and do a chargeback myself. The whole thing has been super annoying and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, eh.

    TA2 "Build" package

    I got the TA2 "Build" package from this company, which comes with access to course videos and a full set of resistance bands. Unfortunately, after only using it for 4 weeks, the Medium band snapped and the Heavy band started to tear. I contacted customer support for help since the website talks about a "Lifetime Warranty" on the bands. In the beginning, I talked to "Chase" from customer support who previously helped me with an ordering mistake. However, after filling out a warranty form for international customers and sending pictures of the damaged bands, I never got a new set. Even though I sent numerous follow-up emails, I never received a response. It's disappointing to see a company ignore their customers after they make a purchase, especially when the product itself is good quality and the owner appears to be sincere. Sadly, it looks like the company's values are questionable and they don't take care of their customers.

    Band and workout gloves purchase

    I bought some resistance bands and workout gloves not too long ago, but I haven't gotten them yet. I tried contacting customer service several times by email, but "Chase" just stopped replying to me out of nowhere. I'm really disappointed with how this company has been handling things. It feels like I've been ripped off, and it's really frustrating to see businesses acting so sketchy.

    Resistance bands broke after one month of use

    I'm pretty upset about my resistance bands I bought from that fitness company. They broke after just one month, can you believe it? So, I reached out to customer service, hoping for a refund. But nope, they said I had to apply for replacements using a warranty form. Fair enough, I thought, until I tried to enter my order number and got nowhere. Then I tried to follow up with the Undersun team, but it's been crickets for the last 5 days. Ain't that great? I shelled out more than $100 for those bands, and now I can't even finish the program I paid for. Feels like a total scam. And get this, I gave them a one-star review, but they only put up 3 stars and above on their website. So much for honesty, eh? Just a heads up for anyone else, stay away from that company, they're no good.

    Resistance bands broke, terrible customer service

    My resistance bands broke after only using them lightly for a few months. I contacted customer service and only got one response from "Chase". I filled out their warranty form and got an automated email, but I haven't heard back after trying to contact them through email, phone, and their website for over a month. I was thinking of buying more stuff from them, but not anymore. If they actually reply and send me a new band, maybe I'll change my mind.

    Waist band purchase

    This waist band was such a waste of money, eh? I've only had it for a little over 3 months and already had to toss out 3 of them because they ripped. If I tried using them again, they'd probably bust in no time, eh? And I wasn't even wearing them too much, just regular everyday use. So disappointed in the quality and how long they lasted.
