I gotta say, I am so impressed with the lipsticks and eyeshadows I got from this company. The colors are bold, they last a long time, and there are so many to choose from. It's crazy how these products are just as good as the fancy brands but way cheaper. And the packaging is slick and easy to use when you're out and about. I'm totally hooked on these products and will for sure buy them again.

I recently bought a resistance bands set from this company, and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I ordered the set that was supposed to come with a bag, but when I got my package, the bag was nowhere to be found. So, I decided to reach out to customer service, and they told me that the bag had been taken out of the deal after I had already paid. That really got me frustrated and feeling like I was getting the runaround. I feel like I wasn't given all the information before I made my purchase, and now here I am with no bag to go with my set. This lack of transparency and care for the customer is really disheartening. I'm now thinking twice about buying anything else from this company, because I worry I'll be missing out on what was promised to me.

My experience buying an overnight bus ticket was so disappointing. I picked a ticket for a bus with a toilet, but got a voucher for a normal mini bus with none of the things I thought I was getting. When I talked to customer service about the wrong info, they just brushed it off as "cultural differences" and didn't do anything to fix it. This kind of lying is not cool and really made me feel like I got ripped off and not happy with what I bought.
