TA2 Build Program
Review about: Undersun Fitness
I purchased the TA2 Build program on March 15, 2024. I used it for a few weeks, but h ad to stop due to neck issues. The price was $59.95 for 1 year access. To my surprise, I was billed again for the same program on March 15, 2025. No where on the website does it say anything about this being a recurring purchase unless you cancel. I have contacted customer service twice requesting a refund, and no response either time.
Very disappointing. I guess I'm "stuck" for this year, but I made sure to cancel the subscription so that doesn't happen again. It's just sneaky the way the company set that up.
