I was gifted a lovely lole bag but after first use strap came loose and began to fray.

I knew it was right when I opened the box.

emails just sat there, no replies, and the AU team told me it's down to UK to sort.

Got the driver in perfect shape, just showed up a few days late—kind of annoying but worked.

I remember pulling it out of the box while making coffee — figured I'd probably sent it back at first.

Was nervous at first, doubts faded — not flawless though.
