Feiyu gimbal for Sony action CAM
I recently got myself a rare and top-quality gimbal for my Sony action camera from Dreamruns, and I gotta say, I'm over the moon with how everything went down. So, first things first, I shot them an email on a lazy Sunday and got a speedy response from a super helpful team member, letting me know that the item was good to go. Then, even though I live on the east coast of Canada, I was amazed at how fast my order got to me just in time for my vacation. The shipping process was on point and totally exceeded my expectations. And to top it all off, I really appreciated those follow-up emails they sent to make sure I was all happy with my purchase. It really showed me they care about their customers. Giro Zone helmet and Smith Goggles
The pricing at this place was awesome, seriously the best I could find for the stuff I was looking for. I got my order super quick, which was awesome. But when I saw the helmet was too big, I contacted them to ask about exchanging it. The customer service was amazing, they sent me a shipping label right away. All the emails back and forth were clear and fast. I'll definitely be spreading the word to my ski buddies about this place!
Full face helmet purchase
I just got myself a new full face helmet and honestly, the whole experience blew me away. The price was amazing and on top of that, I got free shipping that only took 1-4 days. I placed my order super late on a Friday night at like 10pm, and lo and behold, it was already on its way the next day. By Monday, I had my shiny new helmet in hand and I couldn't believe how quick it got to me. So stoked about it all!
SteadyGim3 order
I just bought the SteadyGim3 and was really looking forward to trying it out. But when it arrived, I found that it wasn't working like I had hoped. Feeling frustrated, I contacted the seller and was happy to see how helpful they were. They made it easy for me and quickly sent me a new unit that actually works. Ever since then, I've had no problems with it and I've been loving using it.

Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots
I bought some Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots from your store recently, eh, but when I got the package, it had the wrong boots inside. I contacted customer service right away and showed them proof of the mix-up, but they didn't take responsibility for it. Their solution was for me to pay to send back the wrong boots. I'm really not happy with how this was handled, eh. Your store should get things right and not make customers pay for mistakes, especially when they switch products without telling anyone!
Giro cycling shoes
I just got a pair of cycling shoes from this company and was kinda unsure at first because the price was way lower than other sites I checked out. But I thought, "what the heck" and went for it. Turned out to be a good call because the whole process was smooth sailing. Ordered it, got it in 2 days, no problems at all. So happy with my purchase and definitely gonna shop here again.
Ski base layers
At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this company 'cause I didn't know anything about them. But, I decided to take a risk and I bought some ski base layers. I was totally surprised to get exactly what I wanted. The product was really good quality, so I bought some more. I like how reliable their services are and how quickly they delivered my order.

I gotta say, my time shopping on this online store has been pretty darn good. The whole ordering process was easy-peasy, no headaches at all. G4 Gimbal
Your website and manual for the G4 Gimbal really need some work. The instructions are hard to make sense of and tough to follow, so I can only give it one star out of five. On top of that, the Gimbal makes a lot of noise that gets picked up by my Sony action cam microphone when it's mounted. The noise is super loud and can mess up any audio recordings I'm trying to capture. If these problems get sorted out, the Gimbal could easily get a five-star rating.

Lens replacement order
I ordered a new lens because I needed it for my upcoming snowboard trip. But it's been weeks and it still hasn't shown up. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down. When you need something urgently, you hope it arrives quickly. Hopefully the company can work on their delivery process so this doesn't happen again.
Mountain biking shoes
I just got some mountain biking shoes from this company and I gotta say, it was the best deal I could find online. The ordering process was super easy and stress-free.
