Returns & RefundsI bought some Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots from your store recently, eh, but when I got the package, it had the wrong boots inside. I contacted customer service right away and showed them proof of the mix-up, but they didn't take responsibility for it. Their solution was for me to pay to send back the wrong boots. I'm really not happy with how this was handled, eh. Your store should get things right and not make customers pay for mistakes, especially when they switch products without telling anyone!

Feeling frustrated, I contacted the seller and was happy to see how helpful they were. They made it easy for me and quickly sent me a new unit that actually works. Ever since then, I've had no problems with it and I've been loving using it.

But when I saw the helmet was too big, I contacted them to ask about exchanging it. The customer service was amazing, they sent me a shipping label right away. All the emails back and forth were clear and fast. I'll definitely be spreading the word to my ski buddies about this place!
