Doorstep delivery impressed me
Doorstep delivery impressed me
DeliveryUnpacking it in the hallway, I noticed the box wasn't dented and the courier had left it right by the door — big plus after a past order that arrived battered and late. The bike was mostly pre-assembled; only pedals to screw on and handlebars to align. Customer service answered my tracking query quickly (same day), which calmed me down. Build feels solid, welds neat, and the e-assist is smooth with a decent kick when you want it. Had only a short ride so far but delivery and support made the whole thing feel low-stress. Pretty satisfied, honestly. Would recommend to anyone wanting urban mobility.
Nearly a disaster, but staff helped

ProductI needed a bike for my commute since my lower back flares up and driving just makes it worse, so I gave these a try. First ride in and the back wheel was sitting wrong — wobble the whole way — and I nearly lost it on a narrow bridge, which was pretty scary. Then the second bike had the same problem and was basically useless. On the plus side, customer service was calm and sorted the first swap fast, and when I asked for a refund on the second they handled it without fuss. So yeah, it works when it’s set up right, but quality control needs a proper look. Not perfect, but the team did help fix most of it.
Small glitches, mostly worth it

OverallAndrea answered a pile of questions and the online chat was actually useful, not the usual vague stuff. Bike arrived well packed and ready to ride, though there was a stubborn locking clamp that needed a tweak. Josh from tech called me, talked me through the fix and it was sorted quick — nice to get someone on the phone who actually knows what they're doing. The bike itself does what I wanted: folds up, has chunky tyres for rough trails, and the pedal assist is impressively punchy — hills in Cornwall are no joke and I can still keep up. Price felt a bit high compared with some other companies I’ve tried, but the build and support make it reasonable. Not perfect, a couple of tiny flaws, but it’s a solid, fun ride and I’m using it all the time now.
Folding moment that mattered

Servicethey sent a brand new unit instead of swapping another used one. That’s the exact moment I relaxed. It’s not flawless — small scuff on the rear rack and the tilt of the saddle needed adjusting — but mechanically it’s dependable. Worth pointing out they didn’t overpromise, they just fixed it. Dry, simple, and it does what I needed.
