I didn't expect to be proud of a folding bike, but there I was, fiddling with a tiny lever and thinking, well that's neat. Needed something after a move and my lower back started grumbling on walks, so I wanted a compact ride to toss in the car. It showed up in about four days, well packaged, ready to go — only the pedals needed a quick screw-on. The seat-height lock turned out to be the star; no more readjusting and my back thanked me. It's light enough to lift, has lights, a bell, and it rides smoother than I figured. Happy.

I needed a bike for my commute since my lower back flares up and driving just makes it worse, so I gave these a try. First ride in and the back wheel was sitting wrong — wobble the whole way — and I nearly lost it on a narrow bridge, which was pretty scary. Then the second bike had the same problem and was basically useless. On the plus side, customer service was calm and sorted the first swap fast, and when I asked for a refund on the second they handled it without fuss. So yeah, it works when it’s set up right, but quality control needs a proper look. Not perfect, but the team did help fix most of it.
