Split delivery, good follow-up
Split delivery, good follow-up
ServiceHalfway through the week the second parcel hadn't budged, and that’s when this stopped being just an order and turned into a small admin task. I reached out and they replied promptly, sent regular status notes, and actually said they were monitoring the shipment from their side instead of just pasting a tracking link. The order arrived in two parts; the second part was delayed but it still reached well before Christmas, which was a bit of a surprise. Packaging was fine, no drama. The proactive updates made it less stressful — I didn’t have to chase. If you order, expect split deliveries and ask them to flag any delays. I’d buy again, mainly for the service.
