The order arrived in two parts; the second part was delayed but it still reached well before Christmas, which was a bit of a surprise. Packaging was fine, no drama. The proactive updates made it less stressful — I didn’t have to chase. If you order, expect split deliveries and ask them to flag any delays. I’d buy again, mainly for the service.
