Recent barrel purchase

Rainier Arms has some top-notch quality barrels that might not be the cheapest, but they sure are some of the best out there. I recently got a barrel from them for my 6.5 Grendel build and let me tell you, it went above and beyond what I expected. You can really see the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the high-quality blank they use and the precision of the barrel. I also really like their 90-day unlimited round return policy - it gives customers the chance to really put the product to the test before making a decision to keep it. That kind of confidence in their product shows me that Rainier Arms is all about excellence. I'm definitely going back to them for more barrel purchases in the future.

    gun purchase

They were like so not efficient in processing my gun order. I mean, if they didn't get the FFL thingy, they just did nothing and didn't even bother to tell me! When I checked my order status, it just said 'processing'. We had a bunch of emails going back and forth on the day I ordered about the FFL, and I even told them to let me know by the end of the day if they didn't get it. But did they let me know? Nope! They just left my order chilling there.

So, I called them up, and they tell me it's "incumbent" on me... like what does that even mean? They took my money, but suddenly it's me who has to babysit them and make sure everything's alright? Um, no. It's THEIR job to let me know if there's an issue with my order and what it is so I can fix it. They can't just sit there with my cash and the gun in order limbo.
