Rainier Arms Returns Policy

Rainier states that they only sell new products that are under manufacturer warranty, except stated otherwise in the description for the product. Products being returned to the company must be done with appropriate packing materials and kept in a box within 30 days from order date to avoid additional charges. If the product is shipped back after the 30 days, damaged or without the original packing, a minimum of 15% restocking fee will apply. Except in the case of a mis-shipped item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
