CommunicationThey were like so not efficient in processing my gun order. I mean, if they didn't get the FFL thingy, they just did nothing and didn't even bother to tell me! When I checked my order status, it just said 'processing'. We had a bunch of emails going back and forth on the day I ordered about the FFL, and I even told them to let me know by the end of the day if they didn't get it. But did they let me know? Nope! They just left my order chilling there.<br><br>So, I called them up, and they tell me it's "incumbent" on me... like what does that even mean? They took my money, but suddenly it's me who has to babysit them and make sure everything's alright? Um, no. It's THEIR job to let me know if there's an issue with my order and what it is so I can fix it. They can't just sit there with my cash and the gun in order limbo.
