DeliveryI've been chasing this for weeks and, to be honest, it's been a weird ride. No package, no refund yet, lots of sorry emails but zero follow-through. I can't tell you how the product actually feels since I never got it, though the pics made it look pretty sturdy and comfy, so I'm trying to stay positive. Compared to other companies this was slower and messier, a bit draining, but I'm hoping they finally sort it out.
