App & PortalSorry, just gotta say - I did some online shopping and boy was it a disaster. The website was all over the place, impossible to find what I wanted, and the checkout process was a complete mess. Plus, the prices were shady and I ended up shelling out more cash than I planned. And on top of all that, my order arrived late and I had to bug customer service to get any info. Total headache. Definitely won't be hitting up that online store again.
