you can't open a dispute until the order is marked delivered, but if you mark it delivered, you can't start a dispute — total catch-22. I kept expecting the canned reply telling me to use online service, which is the thing that's dead. At least items aren't terrible and price was fair, so not a disaster. Still, please fix support, it's the weak link.
