I had doubts before purchasing, thought something was off. Used it last week; first impression good. It was my mistake — grateful they stayed calm enough.

quick checkout, seemed fine. Delivery dragged on though, took ages and tracking barely updated. Customer service was worse — slow replies and they clearly sided with sellers when I filed a dispute. Also a lot of items weren’t leather like listed, and returns under about $30 aren’t accepted, you just get a small coupon. Not perfect, but some items are usable.

I just made a bunch of purchases on DHGate and overall, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Two of my orders came in just fine, but the third one had the wrong stuff in it. I was bummed out by that, so I tried talking to the seller and DHGate to work things out, but neither of them wanted to fix the problem.

I recently bought a fancy handbag from DHGate, thinking I'd get a really nice bag. But my experience was a big letdown. When my order came, I was so surprised to see that the handbag I got was a totally different color and brand than what I actually ordered. I tried so hard to fix the problem by showing proof and asking for help, but DHGate didn't really do much to help. They hardly responded and seemed to be on the seller's side, which made me feel really angry and ripped off. It looks like there are bad sellers on their site and DHGate isn't doing enough to protect us customers. This is not okay, and people should be careful when buying stuff on there.

OMG, so I ordered these super cute shoes online and when they arrived they were like way too small for my feet. I was so upset! I sent all the proof to DHGate that the shoes were the wrong size, but they still gave my money to the seller. The customer support was like, no help at all and just told me to talk to the seller myself. Like, why even have a dispute team if they're not going to help me? I am so disappointed and would totally not recommend buying from DHGate, like ever again.
