App & Portalyou can't open a dispute until the order is marked delivered, but if you mark it delivered, you can't start a dispute — total catch-22. I kept expecting the canned reply telling me to use online service, which is the thing that's dead. At least items aren't terrible and price was fair, so not a disaster. Still, please fix support, it's the weak link.

App & PortalAs someone who shops online a lot, I've faced a bunch of challenges while trying to buy stuff. But let me tell you, the experience I had with this one website was super annoying. I tried so many times to make an account so I could buy something, but every time I got an error message saying my email was wrong. Like, no way! My email was right, but the website just wouldn't believe me. I tried to reset my password and double-check my email, but I didn't get any messages back from the website telling me what to do next. It was so frustrating not knowing what to do and the website was not easy to use at all. Buying something from there was a complete nightmare.
