Play food set
I just bought a play food set from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The wooden pieces are really top quality, way better than those cheap plastic ones you usually see. My daughter is loving using the wooden knife to slice food in half, it's been great for her motor skills. Overall, this set has been a big hit in our house.
Stuff I bought rocks 🤩
I love this place so much! They have some really awesome stuff. The items I bought are top-notch quality. I just wish the shipping was a bit faster, ya know? And it'd be way better if they put the "add to cart" button on the other side because I keep adding things by mistake 😅
Birthday present
Oh my goodness, I ordered this thing for my friend's birthday and it was a complete disaster. They told me they ship internationally, but then they asked for more money for shipping to Europe. And on top of that, there were additional costs at customs! Like, seriously, what's up with that? It was such a chaotic situation and they didn't even give me a heads up about all these extra expenses. Not cool at all.
Opened and damaged product
I bought a bunch of stuff from this online store to give as gifts. Unfortunately, when I got the oekaki drawing board, the box was already opened and the screen looked messed up or like it had been used. I reached out to customer service to tell them about the problem, and they said that sometimes items get opened up at the warehouse for quality checks. But, there was no heads up about this for customers, which makes me wonder about their quality control. The fact that the screen was obviously not in good shape makes me worry about the stuff they're selling. Even though I used a discount code, I couldn't return the messed-up item. They offered a gift card for the amount I spent, but I said no because I don't trust the brand anymore after this mess.
Delayed shipping
I'm so fed up with the customer service here. I placed my order weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent out. Every time I reach out, all I hear are excuses about being swamped with orders. They keep saying my order will be shipped soon, but that "soon" never arrives! The arrival dates they give me are laughable. The cute stuff and good prices just aren't worth the hassle. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere that respects their customers.
Play kitchen set
I bought a play kitchen set from this store recently and I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with it. It looks cute and all, but the materials are so flimsy and cheap, especially the thin shelf and the oven door that broke off after just a week. I reached out to customer service about this and they weren't much help, offering me only a partial credit for my next purchase. I think as a paying customer, I deserve either a full refund or a new product that actually works. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement, but it's been 6 weeks and still no sign. Overall, I'm really not happy with the product or the service I received from this store.
50% off promo code for toy
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Coco Village. I got an email with a promo code for 50% off any toy, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it said it was invalid. The toy I wanted was supposed to qualify for the discount according to the email. I reached out to customer support for help, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. If the code had expired, I feel like they should have told me that instead of just leaving me hanging. It was my first time shopping there, and this whole situation has left me with a bad impression.
Blender, toaster, wooden fruit sets
I thought I'd check out Coco Village, and let me tell you, I was blown away! The blender, toaster, and wooden fruit sets I got for my kids are top-notch. They look amazing with their soft colors and the quality is unreal. The craftsmanship is outstanding and way better than anything else out there. And the customer service and shipping were fantastic. The whole process was smooth sailing from beginning to end. I'm really excited to shop here again!

We play with the play food and market stand every day, it's always bringing hours of entertainment and imaginative play. Our little ones absolutely love the climbing cube, and we're excited to add the kitchen stand to our collection. The quality of the products is amazing, and they're made with fun and safety in mind. The customer service is exceptional, always ready to help and answer any questions. The only downside is the pricing, it can be a bit high, but for the quality and entertainment value, it's worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Coco Village to anyone looking for unique and engaging toys for their children, eh.
Balance board and makeup kit
I was really excited to order a balance board and makeup kit from Coco Village, especially with the Black Friday sale. I placed my order back in September, knowing that the balance board was on back order, but they said it would ship by the end of October. Unfortunately, October passed, and I still didn't have the balance board. To top it off, it was missing for my grandson's birthday. I contacted customer service to ask for a price adjustment since both items were now 50% off for Black Friday, but they said no. They only offered to send the makeup kit so I could have it in time for Christmas. I was so let down by the poor communication and service from Coco Village. I used to recommend them, but now I won't shop there again.
