50% off promo code for toy
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Coco Village. I got an email with a promo code for 50% off any toy, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it said it was invalid. The toy I wanted was supposed to qualify for the discount according to the email. I reached out to customer support for help, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. If the code had expired, I feel like they should have told me that instead of just leaving me hanging. It was my first time shopping there, and this whole situation has left me with a bad impression.
