I bought a new soft top for my Jeep
Eh, so, I got this new soft top for my Jeep from 4 Wheel Parts and it was such a pain, eh! I tried calling them a bunch of times but every time I did, they just put me on hold right away. Ugh, so annoying, you know! I don't think I'll ever shop there again, eh!
Fenders for my sweet ride
I bought some new fenders for my car from this place called 4WP. But, they sent me the wrong ones and now I can't get in touch with them over the phone! I've been trying to call all day, but it seems like they're not even there. Do they have actual people working there? Or is it just a robot playing music nonstop to give me false hope that someone will pick up? Ugh, it's so annoying!
Lift kit installation
I just got a lift kit for my truck and let me tell you, dealing with that company was a total letdown. I couldn't even get through to customer service - sat on hold for what felt like an eternity, only to get disconnected or hung up on. And to top it off, the product didn't even ship on time, which just added to my irritation. Bottom line, my experience with this company was a complete disaster and I suggest others steer clear.
ARB Summit Bumper
I just bought an ARB Summit Bumper for my truck from this store, and I gotta tell ya, I am really let down by the whole thing. When the bumper showed up, it had some pretty noticeable damage that was cleverly hidden by the packaging. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email and phone calls several times, but I didn't get anywhere. I was stuck on hold for what felt like ages with no one answering on the other end. This lack of response and customer service is just not cool, eh.
Death Wobble diagnosis for my lifted truck
Oh my goodness, I brought my beat-up truck to this one spot and they tried to tell me it needed a ton of stuff fixed. But then, I went somewhere else and got it fixed for way cheaper. Ha! They totally fell for it.
brake line
I just bought a brake line and it was a total letdown. I ordered it on June 7th, got charged right away, but still haven't seen the part. I got a confirmation email but no tracking info. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication and service is just not okay.
Lift kit and tires
I bought a lift kit and tires from this store, thinking I'd get good stuff and at least decent customer service. But nope, after ordering, I heard nothing back - no confirmation, no updates. I tried reaching out by email, contact form, phone - no luck. They don't seem to care about keeping their customers in the loop or helping out. So yeah, be careful if you're thinking of shopping there!
Tires and wheels
So I bought some new tires and wheels from this company, eh? Let me tell you, I am not impressed with how it all went down. First off, my order was late getting shipped out, and when it finally arrived, they got it wrong. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was lacking big time. I barely heard a peep from them about what was going on. It felt like they were just taking my money and running. In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back because they couldn't sort it out. It was a total headache that lasted over a month trying to fix everything up, I tell ya.

I bought some parts for my car from this store, thinking they were the right ones for my vehicle based on the website. But when I got them, turns out they weren't the right ones. I tried to tell them and ask for my money back, but they didn't want to help me out. The way they handled it was not cool at all and now I'm not happy with how things went down.

OMG, so I ordered this super small cable thing for my car and it's taking forever to arrive! Can you believe it? I tried reaching out by phone and email but got zero response. Literally the worst online shopping experience ever.
Replacement shock absorbers
I recently bought some new shocks from 4 Wheel Parts, and I gotta say, it was a total letdown. I was lured in by a sweet discount on my first order, but then they didn't follow through with it. Big bummer. I should've taken that as a sign to shop somewhere else for my car parts. Before I placed my order, I made sure to ask if they had the shock absorbers in stock, and they said they did. But when my package arrived, it only had 3 shocks instead of the 4 I ordered. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to send the missing shock in a few days. Well, that never happened, despite me checking in multiple times. The folks at 4 Wheel Parts weren't giving me any answers. So, I decided to cancel my order and find another place to get the parts I needed. To make matters worse, I received an email saying the missing shock was on its way, even though I had already canceled the order. I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. When I called 4 Wheel Parts to address the situation, they assured me the order was canceled, refunded my card, and said they'd send me an email to confirm everything. But, surprise surprise, I'm still waiting on that email. Long story short, I'd steer clear of this company and find somewhere else to do your shopping.
Slow Order Processing
The customer service at this place is just terrible. I ordered something and haven't heard anything since. I needed it right away, but it looks like it's on backorder and no one bothered to tell me. It's so annoying not knowing what's going on, and I can never get through when I call. I can still hear that hold music in my head, nobody ever picks up. I won't be ordering from this site again, that's for sure.
suspension lift kit
Unfortunately, my experience with this store wasn't great. I ordered a suspension lift kit online, but found out weeks later that it wasn't in stock because of supposed global supply issues. That didn't sit right with me, especially since the item was made in the USA. It was frustrating to spend $1000 on a product that wasn't even available, and the lack of communication about the stock was disappointing. When I reached out to customer service, I got unhelpful answers and had to wait on hold for an hour. This kind of service is just not acceptable and doesn't make the company look good.

I gotta tell you, eh, I had a rough time when I bought a new lift kit and tires from this store. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent, only one or two folks answering phones, and their email system? Forget about it. On top of that, the parts I ordered were takin' forever to ship. It's obvious this company ain't tryin' to do things right, and I'm real fed up with the lack of professionalism and skill.
Rear shocks purchase
Oh man, my experience with this store was brutal. I ordered some rear shocks for my sweet ride and the customer service was just terrible. I chatted with someone on the phone before buying them, and they assured me they were the right ones, but when I tried to install them, they were completely off. I tried calling them again, but no one picked up for like 15 minutes. Left a message, but still no call back. I filled out a return form on their site, got an automated response, yet still no RMA number after 2 whole days! I'm beyond frustrated, no way I'll be shopping here again.
Quick struts ordered
So I ordered these quick struts for my truck, eh? The website said they had them in stock, but guess what? They didn't! I waited 3 weeks, tried calling to cancel, no answer. Then they finally responded to my email 6 days later saying I could come pick them up at their warehouse. Like, what in the world, eh? I told them I didn't want them and they basically said tough luck, gotta come in person for a return. Like, seriously, who does that? Terrible service, never using them again, eh!
Off-road light bar purchase
My recent experience with buying an off-road light bar was a real letdown. I shelled out over $3000 for this thing, only to find out that the folks at the store didn't have a clue how to install it right. Now I gotta cough up more cash to correct their shoddy work. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company, 'cause my time there left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't be going back anytime soon.
In stock item
I ordered something that was supposed to be in stock a month ago, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling them, but they never pick up. I've also sent them emails, but they haven't replied. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how they're handling this. I won't be buying from them again, and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone!
Refund issue
I wish I had checked out these reviews before I decided to deal with this company, eh? Their customer service is like non-existent, and trying to get a refund is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, you know? I sent back a product more than two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on my refund. Finally got a hold of a customer service rep, but they didn't have any info and couldn't tell me anything about where my refund was at. Do yourself a favor and buy from somebody else, trust me.
Hard top purchase
What a nightmare dealing with this company, eh? I ordered a hard top from here and waited a whopping 2 months for it to ship, only to have my order canceled without a refund on a $2700 purchase. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with thieves and scum, eh?
