Saw Sleep Token
Yeah, so I went and checked out Sleep Token, eh? They had these tickets that were secure and non-transferable, so the website I usually use wasn't gonna cut it. But I figured I'd take a chance, and hey, it all worked out without any issues. They even sent me a secure link with my Ticketmaster barcodes. It was a wicked concert, buddy.
Ticket purchase for an event
I just bought a ticket for this event and got it the night before like they said I would. The updates about the delivery date were good, but I think it would've been easier to get a push notification or email to keep me in the loop instead of having to keep checking the website or app all the time.

Concert experience
The concert I went to was so awesome. The singer was amazing and sounded exactly like their songs. The crowd was awesome too, everyone was super nice and respectful. The people moshing even helped out by picking up anyone who fell. It was such a great show, I'd definitely go to another one like that in the future.
Incorrectly issued tickets
So, I gotta tell you about my recent ticket-buying nightmare on this site. I got a receipt for the right game, but when the tickets arrived, they were for a completely different one! Can you believe it? I was really looking forward to that game and had even flown in just for it. But the worst part was the customer service team didn't do anything to fix it, so I had to go back online and shell out big bucks for new tickets. I was so frustrated by the whole mess, I won't be using this platform again, that's for sure.
Tickets for a concert
I got tickets for this concert and oh man, it was seriously epic, just like Xavi's super cool sunglasses - SO good! The only downside was that the place didn't take Vivid Seats, so they had to send my tickets through Ticketmaster. It was a pain waiting forever for them to load since there was no Wi-Fi, but hey, it was an amazing time!
Payment Issues
I had some trouble trying to buy something on the app the other day. I kept trying to use PayPal but it just wouldn't work. After a few failed attempts, I had to switch to Klarna to pay. You should have someone check if PayPal payments are working right. Also, Google kept sending me to the app instead of the website, which was kinda annoying.
Alicia Keys concert tickets
I absolutely loved the Alicia Keys concert! The way she shared her personal stories in the show was amazing, and her singing was just incredible. Even though the concert was pretty long at 2 and a half hours, it honestly felt like it went by in just 70 minutes because it was so much fun. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience that I'm so glad I got to be a part of.
Got my tickets cancelled last minute
I was really looking forward to going to that show, but then out of the blue, they went ahead and cancelled my tickets! I called customer service looking for assistance but they were useless. All they did was read from a script and didn't even try to resolve the issue. Such a letdown!
