Vivid Seats - Reviews and experiences

I bought some last-minute upper deck tickets for a concert, and to my surprise, I ended up with an awesome seating arrangement! I was right next to the stage where Mick Jagger was performing. It was honestly one of the best nights of my life. As a younger fan, I've grown up listening to The Rolling Stones, so it was a dream come true to see them live. The vibe was amazing, and the band still had that same charm and energy on stage. It was a really unforgettable experience that I'll hold dear forever.

I got tickets for this concert and oh man, it was seriously epic, just like Xavi's super cool sunglasses - SO good! The only downside was that the place didn't take Vivid Seats, so they had to send my tickets through Ticketmaster. It was a pain waiting forever for them to load since there was no Wi-Fi, but hey, it was an amazing time!

I had some trouble trying to buy something on the app the other day. I kept trying to use PayPal but it just wouldn't work. After a few failed attempts, I had to switch to Klarna to pay. You should have someone check if PayPal payments are working right. Also, Google kept sending me to the app instead of the website, which was kinda annoying.

I absolutely loved the Alicia Keys concert! The way she shared her personal stories in the show was amazing, and her singing was just incredible. Even though the concert was pretty long at 2 and a half hours, it honestly felt like it went by in just 70 minutes because it was so much fun. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience that I'm so glad I got to be a part of.

I was really looking forward to going to that show, but then out of the blue, they went ahead and cancelled my tickets! I called customer service looking for assistance but they were useless. All they did was read from a script and didn't even try to resolve the issue. Such a letdown!

I had no idea how to buy a baseball ticket, but this guy Dan helped me out big time. He walked me through all the steps patiently, from choosing the seats to understanding the prices and fees. Dan really knew his stuff and was super nice to work with, which made the whole thing easy for me.

I was kinda freaking out when I couldn't find the tickets for the Christmas present I got for my daughter. Luckily, this guy Christian from customer service was super patient and really helped me find them. He went out of his way to make sure we had our tickets before we even got to the venue. I was really impressed by how much he cared and how quickly he solved the problem. Because of him, we had a great time at the event without any more worries. I'm grateful for Christian's awesome customer service.
