Rug purchase - Lovely but Late
So I ordered this rug online, right? It finally arrived and let me tell you, it's exactly like how it looked in the picture! Super top quality stuff. I was waiting forever though, like three times longer than they told me. And no updates whatsoever on why it was taking so long! Couldn't get a straight answer from customer service either. It took like two weeks to get to my place, felt like an eternity. Despite all that, I'm loving this rug so much. Probably gonna order from here again, it's just too good to pass up!

Got my tickets cancelled last minute
I was really looking forward to going to that show, but then out of the blue, they went ahead and cancelled my tickets! I called customer service looking for assistance but they were useless. All they did was read from a script and didn't even try to resolve the issue. Such a letdown!

Lipsticks from website
I just bought some lipsticks from the website and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how it all went down. It arrived pretty quickly and I could track it the whole way. Not bad, especially with all the holiday craziness. The lipsticks came in this adorable little box and the quality and variety of shades were on point. Overall, I'm super stoked about my purchase and will definitely be buying from the website again. Their prices are great and they've got some cool stuff you can't find just anywhere.
