All-inclusive resort pass

The resort pass I purchased was a complete waste! I was expecting to enjoy a fantastic resort in Nassau, but it wasn't even there when I disembarked from the cruise. And then they had the audacity to inform me that the only way to access it was by plane! Can you believe it? I attempted to contact them immediately via email, but they didn't respond until much later and declined to assist me. They completely spoiled my day in the Bahamas and refused to provide a refund. Avoid these scammers and don't spend your money with them!

Day passes to a resort

I bought a bunch of day passes to this resort, hoping for a nice day chilling out at a fancy place. When I got there, they told me they don't do day passes anymore and sent me to another spot that wasn't as nice, owned by the same company. I was pretty bummed out because I picked the first resort for its cool stuff and good rep.

All-inclusive day pass

This all-inclusive day pass I bought online turned out to be a total disaster. I thought I had everything set, but when I got to the hotel, they said they didn't get any payment or reservation from ResortPass. I had to pay all over again, and needless to say, I was not impressed. What happened to the simplicity and convenience of booking online? Just refund me my money!

I booked a day pass at a hotel through ResortPass, but when I got there, they said they didn't have my booking. I ended up paying again, and when I tried reaching out to ResortPass through email, I didn't hear back. The chat option wasn't working either. I'm really frustrated with the poor communication and support from ResortPass.

I had a really good time booking a staycation through this service and the location was awesome, but I have to say the customer service was slow and not helpful. I booked a reservation for the next day but accidentally picked the wrong seating. I wanted to change my seating by using the credit from my original purchase, but ResortPass wouldn't give me a refund and left the reservation empty. Their customer service chat wasn't working, and even though they used to reply to my emails within 12 hours, now they've stopped responding.

I tried out ResortPass not long ago and my time there was pretty good. But, I was kind of let down when I found out that the Ritz Carlton doesn't let ResortPass guests use their showers. I've used ResortPass at other hotels before and I've always been able to use the spa showers. It would be awesome if ResortPass could chat with the Ritz Carlton about letting their guests use the facilities to make their stay even better.

Oh my gosh, booking my ResortPass was a breeze! We had to check out of the hotel at 11am but our flight wasn't until 5pm - having a spot to chill with a great pool, fun slides, and endless snacks was amazing. I would definitely suggest it to all my pals!

ResortPass is such a scam! I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, and now I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it. I've tried emailing, chatting, and calling, but no one is getting back to me. It's so frustrating to be ignored, especially when it was an honest mistake. Don't bother booking with them, it's not worth the hassle!

I had a great time buying my resort pass. The website was super easy to use, and I found all the info I needed on the different resorts and what each package included in no time. Ordering was a breeze, I got my pass with no problems. When I got to the resort, my wristbands were ready to go, and I could start having fun right away. I used the pass multiple times that week, and every time was just as easy as the first.

I had such a great time at that really nice place for our day trip! The staff were all so friendly and the lazy river was incredibly relaxing. The food and drinks were delicious too. I'm already excited to go back!

We went to this fancy hotel in Florida on April 19, and they upgraded us to a comfortable daybed because it was really sunny that day. How nice, eh? But then they told us we had to cancel our ResortPass booking since we were getting the VIP treatment. So, the next morning after our cruise, we had to do that. The hotel was all like, "ResortPass will for sure refund you, no problem." But you know what? When we contacted customer service, they totally ignored us! Not cool, man. Now I have to get all protective to get my money back. Ugh. It's so frustrating.

Hey everyone, just a heads up. It's not easy to reach their customer service. I tried calling, chatting, emailing, and even messaging on Facebook for weeks without any success. When I finally did get in touch with them, they were helpful. But for real, why do they have to make it so frustrating to reach out?

I had a really bad experience with this company. I made a booking with them and ran into some problems, so I tried to get help by sending them messages a few times. But I never heard back from anyone in the company. It's so disappointing not to get any customer service, and it makes me worry about how reliable this company is.

ResortPass day pass

I just found out about ResortPass from another traveler who said it's a great way to chill after a cruise but before your flight. I tried it at a fancy Miami hotel and got to hang by the rooftop pool, eat some amazing food, and just chill out before I had to keep going. I totally suggest ResortPass to anyone who wants to make their trip even better with a day pass to a super cool resort.
