Flight booking disaster
Flight booking disaster
TransportDon't let them book your flights, they really messed up. They took way too long and now I'm stuck with pricey flights. I specifically told them to book early, but they completely disregarded my advice. They totally ruined our costly cruise holiday. Thank you so much for that, really appreciate it.
Cruise experience
Cruise experience
On-siteOh my goodness, I had the worst time boarding the cruise in Vancouver. Can you believe I had to wait in line for 4 whole hours with no seats, snacks, or drinks? It was so tiring and frustrating, I even ended up crying. And on top of that, the ship left 2 hours late so we had to wait forever for dinner. Once I got on the ship, more problems popped up like the light in my cabin wouldn't turn off at night and I was served undercooked meatballs. This whole cruise has been a total nightmare and I'm really disappointed with how little they seemed to care about us guests.
Mediterranean cruise, Caribbean Princess
Mediterranean cruise, Caribbean Princess
PriceI've been a loyal customer of the cruise company since 2007 when my family and I went on a two-week Mediterranean cruise on the Sea Princess. We've been on many voyages to different places like the eastern Mediterranean, Baltics, Norway, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean. But it's sad to see that the experience on board has gotten worse over the years. What used to be a luxury is now full of extra charges for things that used to be included, like room service, dining options, and even things as simple as Alfredo's pizza. It seems like the company cares more about making money than making customers happy, with more pay-as-you-go restaurants and bigger ships making the cruise feel less special and more like a business. The customer service has also gotten worse, with calls going to call centers in the Philippines causing problems with communication and making customers frustrated. The whole experience before the cruise starts is also not great, with issues with prices and refunds not being very clear. Overall, my recent time with Princess was really disappointing and frustrating. Unless they make some big changes to improve things, I won't be coming back for another cruise.
No customer service, scripted answers, long lines

ServiceMy time with this cruise line was such a letdown. Right from the start, when I tried to book my trip, I didn't get any customer service at all. The automated system was so frustrating, and when I finally got to speak to a real person, it sounded like they were in the middle of a really hectic home with noise in the background. It was hard to understand what they were saying, they just seemed to be reading off a script. I felt ignored and irritated. When I tried to sort out some issues, I was told to wait until the cruise started - talk about bad customer service. Even on the cruise, the Guest Services had long lineups and the staff could only tell me what the computer said, they couldn't really help with anything. It's not right to treat customers like this, especially when they've spent so much money on a trip they've been looking forward to.
Amazing Princess Cruise

ServiceMy recent cruise experience was absolutely amazing! When I got on board, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The crew really went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect for me. The rooms were cozy and super clean, thanks to the hard-working room stewards. The service throughout the ship, especially during meals, was top-notch. The food was delicious and there were so many entertainment options to choose from. Overall, my time on the cruise was like a dream and I can't wait to go on another one in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic cruise experience.
Cruise excursions
Cruise excursions
ChangesI wouldn't suggest booking cruise excursions because they don't account for public holidays, often cancel last minute, cost a lot more, have big groups which can feel rushed, and don't seem to care about negative reviews. You might want to try websites like Viator or GetYourGuide for cheaper prices and smaller groups. Or you could book directly with local companies like MantaSOS in Ecuador for a more authentic experience, but you might need to do some research first.

CommunicationEver since I got back from my trip, I've noticed that almost $500 has been taken from my bank account without my permission, and I have no clue what these charges are all about. I've tried to contact the company through phone, email, and their website, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't care once they have your money, and they're not interested in helping you out. The customer service I've dealt with has been really terrible. I highly recommend not giving this company your debit or credit card info.

ServiceI don't get why some people are talking bad about them. I went on a cruise and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the entertainment was awesome, and the staff were really friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to going on another one!
