Cruise excursions
Cruise excursions
ChangesI wouldn't suggest booking cruise excursions because they don't account for public holidays, often cancel last minute, cost a lot more, have big groups which can feel rushed, and don't seem to care about negative reviews. You might want to try websites like Viator or GetYourGuide for cheaper prices and smaller groups. Or you could book directly with local companies like MantaSOS in Ecuador for a more authentic experience, but you might need to do some research first.

CommunicationEver since I got back from my trip, I've noticed that almost $500 has been taken from my bank account without my permission, and I have no clue what these charges are all about. I've tried to contact the company through phone, email, and their website, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't care once they have your money, and they're not interested in helping you out. The customer service I've dealt with has been really terrible. I highly recommend not giving this company your debit or credit card info.

ServiceI don't get why some people are talking bad about them. I went on a cruise and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the entertainment was awesome, and the staff were really friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to going on another one!
