CancellationAs a customer at Princess Cruise Lines, I recently had to cancel my reservation and was super surprised to find out that it would take a whopping 6 to 8 months to get my refund. This is way too long to wait for my money back, and it really shows how inefficient and lacking in good customer service the company is. I was really frustrated and disappointed by this whole situation because it shouldn't take so long to give someone their money back for a cancelled reservation. It feels like they're purposely holding onto customers' money for way too long, which is not okay and almost feels like they're trying to cheat people.
