Cruise experience
On-siteMy recent cruise was not the best. The food choices on the ship were quite disappointing; they served the same meals every day and there weren't many options for vegetarians like me. The worst part was when the main dining room was closed for a day, it felt like they were trying to push us towards the fancy restaurants. But even those restaurants didn't impress me much. I've had better food, entertainment, and rooms on other cruises like Carnival and Royal Caribbean. And I noticed some safety issues in the rooms that need to be fixed right away.

On-siteOh my goodness, I had the worst time boarding the cruise in Vancouver. Can you believe I had to wait in line for 4 whole hours with no seats, snacks, or drinks? It was so tiring and frustrating, I even ended up crying. And on top of that, the ship left 2 hours late so we had to wait forever for dinner. Once I got on the ship, more problems popped up like the light in my cabin wouldn't turn off at night and I was served undercooked meatballs. This whole cruise has been a total nightmare and I'm really disappointed with how little they seemed to care about us guests.
