Hotwire - Reviews and experiences

I had a bit of bad luck with booking a rental car through Hotwire. I had to switch up my travel dates last minute for a trip out of my province, but when I reached out to Hotwire for a hand, they refused to help me out. I tried to explain my situation and the need to change the dates, but they wouldn't budge and wouldn't give me a refund. It was a real letdown and left me feeling pretty frustrated with their lousy customer service.

I've had a bunch of really bad experiences with this company every time I try to book a car. It's so frustrating and disappointing that they won't budge or make any changes to reservations no matter what. Their customer service is a total flop when it comes to sorting out problems. And on top of all that, their strict rules, like charging a full extra day for being even just a little late, are just totally unfair and super inconvenient.
