Recent hotel stay
Recent hotel stay
PriceWhile I was staying at the hotel recently, I had a problem with my payment being charged twice. Even though I already paid for my room when I got there, they also took the money from the card I used to book the room, so I got charged twice. And to top it off, when I tried to fix it and get my money back for the extra charge, they wanted me to prove that it happened twice.
Damaging experience at the hotel
Damaging experience at the hotel
PriceI had a rough experience where the hotel caused me to lose 90 €. They admitted their mistake, but they didn't offer any compensation. As someone who travels a lot for work and has stayed at this chain many times, I'm let down and won't be staying at this hotel again. This is the third time I've had problems with this company, and their lack of good service is unacceptable.
Lowest price guarantee dispute
Lowest price guarantee dispute
PriceIt's really frustrating to see a big company like this one not keeping their word. We gave them all the proof to show that we deserve the lowest price guarantee, but it looks like they're deciding to ignore it. It's not just about the money, it's the principle of the thing. The fact that they're purposely cheating their customers is totally not okay. I encourage others who went through the same thing to speak up and make a complaint. This kind of behavior shouldn't be ignored or let slide.
Booking flexibility and breakfast policy
Booking flexibility and breakfast policy
PriceMy recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately not the best because of a frustrating issue with their breakfast policy. My flight schedule got changed, so I could have breakfast at the hotel every day, but I was upset to find out that the hotel was charging 48% more for breakfast even though I told them about my change five days before I got there. The hotel only gave a lower price for breakfast if everyone in the reservation agreed to have it every day. That didn't work for me because one person couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel due to dietary restrictions. As a valued member of the group, I expected better treatment and felt like I was being treated unfairly compared to other guests. This bad experience has made me think about booking with other hotels in the future to see if they have more flexibility and fair pricing. It's always good to check out different options and compare services to make sure customers are happy and getting good value for their money.
