Hotel+flight package booking experience
CommunicationI just booked a hotel and flight package online, thinking I'd get some loyalty points out of it. But I never got a confirmation email, and when I checked, I saw I didn't get any points for the hotel stay. The customer service folks said I booked through a third-party site, so they couldn't really help me with the booking. And when I tried to complain, they totally ignored me. Dealing with their lack of communication and not resolving my issue was super frustrating, eh.
