Accor Hotels - Reviews and experiences

I recently stayed at a fancy hotel and it was really great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. The room was really clean and well taken care of, and I loved the little details that the room attendants paid attention to. Getting a free drink from the hotel bar was a nice surprise and showed that they really care about keeping their customers happy. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who wants a cozy and friendly place to stay.

My stay at a hotel linked with a popular loyalty program was pretty good, but there were a couple things that stood out to me. The staff at the hotel didn't seem all that excited or friendly towards loyal guests. Even though check-in went smoothly, I think the front desk could have been more welcoming and helpful. Plus, the room they gave me seemed old and could definitely use some updating.

Omg, this place was amazing! The hotel was super clean and the people there were really nice. It was close to the train station and downtown, which was awesome. When I arrived early, they let me chill and gave me drinks until my room was good to go. And get this, they even left a chocolate bunny on my bed for Easter! So adorable, right?! Also, shoutout to Soraya for helping me book football tickets. She definitely deserves a raise!
