Customer support experience
Let me tell you about my recent experience with customer service. I was having some issues with my purchase and I was pretty frustrated. But then I got connected with Tasmiya and let me tell you, she really made a difference. Tasmiya was so patient, empathetic, and she genuinely wanted to help me out. It felt really nice to be treated like a valued customer. Huge thanks to Tasmiya!
Software sign-up
I signed up for a software free trial with this company recently and ran into a problem when I tried to cancel. Even though I read the terms and conditions carefully, I was surprised to find a big cancellation fee hidden in the fine print. It made me really frustrated and disappointed because I think it's sneaky and unfair to customers. I want to warn others to be careful when signing up for free trials with this company and make sure to go over all the terms and conditions beforehand to avoid any surprise fees or charges.
Subscription plans
Their subscription plans are just awful. The software is way too expensive and there are much better options out there. I'm so glad I canceled my subscription, even though the fees were ridiculous.

My experience with the customer service at this company has been really disappointing, eh.
