High-quality products, great customer service
I gotta say, the customer service at this place is amazing. They were on the ball with answering all my questions and guiding me through everything. And let me tell you, the products are top of the line - I was seriously impressed. I'll definitely be coming back here again.
Sunglasses and face shields
So, I bought these sunglasses and face shields from this company, eh? But, oops, there was a little mix-up with my order, don't you know? Anyway, the customer service I got to fix things up was just awesome, eh. They were right on the ball, quick to reply and kept me updated through the whole process, eh. I was totally impressed by how efficient and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy, eh. A+ for their service, no doubt, eh!
3 hats
I got these really awesome hats from this website and I was super excited to receive them. The first hat came in a box and was in great condition, but the other two came in a squished white bag that seemed like it had been squashed by a moose or something. I tried to contact them to see about exchanging them, but they basically ignored me. Not cool, eh?
Straw hats and Keys hat
I bought a couple of straw hats and a Keys hat from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, one of the hats had a defect, which was a bit disappointing. But I decided to contact the customer service team to see how they would deal with it. After some back and forth, they got back to me and quickly fixed the problem. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and made sure I was happy in the end. The hats are really good quality and I'm definitely thinking about getting more from them in the future.
Partial delivery issue
So my order got messed up and I only got part of it. But Joan from customer service was awesome and helped me out right away through chat. She fixed everything quickly and sent me a new confirmation email right after. I'm really grateful for Joan's help and the great customer service she gave me.
Damaged hat replacement
I got this hat from the company, but it came all messed up. I got in touch with customer service right away and talked to a lady named Leana. I told her all about the damage and even showed her some pics. Leana didn't waste any time and promised to send me a new hat. She even said I could keep the messed up one. I was really impressed with how fast and well they handled the problem, it shows they really care about their customers. I'm thankful for the awesome help I got and will definitely be coming back to shop again.
Backorder issue with hoodie
So, I reached out to customer service about this hoodie I ordered that hadn't been sent out yet. I was getting a bit frustrated 'cause I really wanted to rock it. But, shocker, they got back to me super fast after I sent the email. They explained that they made a mistake and it was back-ordered. They said sorry right away and even gave me the option to pick a different hoodie that was in stock. They said they'd ship it out right away. I was really impressed by how quick and on top of things they were, and how they were willing to fix their mistake. Their customer service is top-notch for sure!
