OverallSince the Americans took over and the pandemic hit, prices keep going up like crazy! Comparing them to other stores, the difference is unreal. And don't even get me started on the employees, they never lend a hand. The line at checkout is always backed up, and the wood section seems to be closed more often than not because they never have enough cashiers. I shop there a lot for my job and it's really frustrating. It's a shame because it used to be such a cool store, but now it feels more like a corner shop. Home Depot, on the other hand, is so much better at listening to customers and providing the service professionals like me expect.
