App & PortalI had a terrible time with the online ordering system at this store. I was trying to order a Yeti 500 X battery bag, which I thought would be easy, but boy was I wrong! The online ordering was a complete disaster. I did everything the system asked, but it never said my order was confirmed. So, I clicked the button again, only to find out that I accidentally ordered twice! When I called customer service for help, no one picked up the phone. I couldn't even cancel the order online because the website was a mess. Eventually, Purolator shipped the order, and I had to make a trip to the store to return it. Such a waste of time and energy, not to mention the frustration of dealing with their incompetence. I would suggest avoiding their online ordering at all costs.
